Home lab automation
A personal infrastructure project centered on self-hosting, repeatable operations, and learning through real systems.
- Proxmox
- Ansible
- Docker
- Caddy
Overview
My home lab is where a lot of my personal infrastructure and automation ideas get pressure-tested. It is a practical environment for self-hosting services, refining deployment workflows, and learning through real operational constraints.
What it includes
- a multi-node Proxmox environment
- 20+ dockerized applications and services
- Ansible-driven automation for repeatable setup and maintenance
- Caddy-based ingress for static sites and self-hosted apps
Why it matters
This project ties together a lot of what I enjoy most: Linux-heavy workflows, infrastructure that can be rebuilt cleanly, and the habit of automating anything I know I will have to do more than once.
